For a wedding to run smoothly and end perfectly; order has to be maintained. For this reason, here is a checklist to help you ensure that all goes as planned and that everyone knows what they are expected to do and at what time.
If any planners are used, one should be on site to coordinate vendors and ensure all goes well while the other is at the bride’s house.
Make sure the photographer arrives on time as agreed to take photos at the bride’s house.
For transport providers, they should meet up at specified time and place in case the cars have not been decorated. People in charge of decorating cars get working and any cleaning and finishing are touches done. Check on pressure, oil and fill up the tank.
Specified cars to go to their specified locations to pick the groom and his groomsmen and if included, photographer to have arrived early to take photos of the men as they get ready and head to the ceremony location.
Back at the brides house make sure the make up artist arrived on time and the bridal party is getting ready and make up is under way.
Have the bridal party cars arrive as they get ready.
Once they are all ready, pray, sing and get into car as photography and videography are being taken.
Drive to ceremony location and once on site check to make sure the following are in order:
